Whilst we ensure that we do everything possible to make sure your happy with your order, sometimes things don't go to plan. If you need to make a return, simply visit the contact us section of the website and let us know.
Due to nature of our clothing productions, we can only accept returns on items that are deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt. In order for us to accept returns, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. All original labels and tags must also be included.
Any items included free of charge and/or promotional items must also be returned in order to return an order in full. For example, should you purchase a Hoodie that is faulty and received a free or promotional t-shirt, the t-shirt must be returned for a credit toward the order.
Lucky dip material is non-refundable unless it is deemed faulty or damaged. Any clothing that is deemed intimate, i.e. underwear, swim suits, bikini's or body jewellery in non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping fees are non-refundable however, should an item be deemed faulty an exchange like-for-like product will be shipped free of charge.
The customer is liable to pay for the return shipping cost, please ensure you retain proof of postage, in most circumstances, the cost of the return shipping will be credited to the customer as store credit. Any orders that are refunded will be so in full, minus the shipping cost.
We do our best to handle returns/exchanges but please allow up to 10 days for our team to answer your query satisfactorily. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and refunds dependant on the products condition when returned to us. The decision made by the returns team is final, the decision is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the smell of the clothing, the appearance, the condition of the item when returned to us. Should the item not be deemed resellable, the item will be shipped back to the customer and no refund, exchange or credit shall be issued.
